CWA Centenary Year

It was great to join Joanne and her fellow Queensland Country Women's Association Centenary Team at Queensland Parliament to celebrate '100 Years and Beyond'.

Since 1922, the CWA has been the iconic and relevant association of choice for women state-wide, coming together for a variety of reasons.

Members over the past 100 years have worked voluntarily, to support families across Queensland in projects that were identified as necessary for survival in the harsh and remote areas of Queensland in early 1900’s through to the present.

Whether you’re interested in networking, making new connections and friends, sharing and learning new skills, or becoming more involved in your community, QCWA has a membership to suit.
